Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchange Policy:

  • All tees purchased from are eligible for exchange.
  • Customers can exchange their tees within 72 hours of the order delivery.
  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • All Customized T-shirts are made specifically for you, therefore, the same cannot be canceled/exchanged except printing mistake and defect in the material of the t-shirt. Other than you no one wants to wear the t-shirt with your number printed on.

Refund Policy:

  • You can ask for a refund against any of your tees within 72 hours of its date of delivery.
  • Refunds for Customised t-shirt printed on the customer’s request cannot be done unless there is a fault in printing or the material has physical defects.
  • To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at [email protected] along with your order and return details.
  • All refunds will be credited to you in the same payment method you had made the payments with within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.

Please note shipping charges applied will not be refunded.

Cancellations Policy:

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care at [email protected]  to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be refunded to you in the same payment method you had made the payments with within 48hrs after cancellation.
  • If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
  • Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges applied would not be refunded.
